Long tops that don't cling?

I'm trying to lose some weight but in the meantime need some new tops.

I'm looking for something that'll cover my huge bum, preferably with a lowish scoop neck, short or 3/4 sleeves. I've got Tshirt and vest tops but they all cling to my flab - which unfortunately reaches to under my bobs

Any suggestions? I've been to h&m, new look ... often I find something that's about right but with a crew neck - which frankly makes me look like some old matron due to 34gg chest!

I've not got a huge budget, maybe up to about £25 ...

I'm a 16/18 and most of my wardrobe comes from Sainsbury's. They do quite a lot of swishy non clingy tunic dresses. I'm a big fan! Especially when there is 25% off!

Yes I've bought a few things from sainsburys in the past, including my favourite summer sleeveless top which is sort of swing style, wider at the bottom and hangs really nicely. If I could find another top cut like that I'd be happy
