Drying spots out

I have really bad skin ATM Sad

Currently on Dianette to try to sort it out but have some quite large bad spots right now.

Is there anything anyone would recommend to use on the actual spot to dry it out? Either things around the house or something you can buy?

Another vote for toothpaste. I cleanse, then dab it directly onto the spot and leave for 10 mins, twice per day. I couldn't leave it any longer though as it would make the surrounding skin quite sore.

My aesop gel was about £15 so that Amazon one had better come with a frigging face lift for that money!

Thank you again for your suggestions everyone. I tried Sudocreme last night. When I woke up my skin didn't look much different but none of of the spots were painful as they had been. I put my make up on as usual but I few hours later I noticed that the big spots had sort of crusted over (sorry!). Just had a hot bath and washed my face and I honestly think it looks a lot better. The big swollen spots are much smaller and there doesn't seem to be as many small bumps (that often swell up later to big ones). Thank you again! Am trying again tonight!
