i am looking for a Pair of black flat ballet style pumps that wont take the skin off my feet!

I have Big feet (8) and they are rather wide , i did buy a pair last year but they rub so bad!!!

If you have some what are the most comfortable!!!!!

Don't know how comfortable they are, but these come in silver.

southeastastra · 12/03/2007 13:11

try this site they are v expensive but have sturdier ones.

i love the low 'toe clevage' ones!

maisym · 12/03/2007 13:11

I wore my m&s pumps when preg - they fitted my huge feet even when they swelled up as I had water retention

MrsBadger · 12/03/2007 13:12

Rocketdogs with pingy elastic thus

I have fat feet and fallen arches and nothing else stays on. They're horribly unflattering with skirts though so are strictly jeans and choir only.

pinkranger · 12/03/2007 13:13

the ones form M&S look nice, esp for the wedding! ( i do have some fab silver heels with sparkley bits on them for the day) , il be 33 weeks Pg by then and HAting my fat feet!!!

I can also recommend Evans' shoes - good for wide feet, and good range of sizes. On the main 'footwear' page they have a pic of some sparkly silver ballet pumps, but I can't see them anywhere else....

I love french sole ones - I have wide feet and they are very comfy.

TheBlonde · 12/03/2007 17:05

Someone already recommended them I think - french sole

NomDePlume · 12/03/2007 17:10

french sole ones very ££££ though.

TheBlonde · 12/03/2007 17:20

for cheap ones I got some good ones in topshop

NomDePlume · 12/03/2007 17:23

I have a pair from next, just little satin ones and they are great. It took about 4 days of wear to break them in, but they are really comfy now. Although Next shoes not generally great for wide feet..

sassari · 12/03/2007 23:00

i was pished off w french sole as their returns policy was obstructive (and thats daft coz id prob spend loads if i knew i could send back ones i dont like easily enough) and their sizing was odd.
i have the most comfy one from one of those cheapo cxhainstores actully - mark1? something liek that...

sassari · 12/03/2007 23:03

ive got quite wide feet too, btw. and bunions (nice!) and these are comfy. i got them in black, silver, another in silver (i live in the country, shoes get ming'ed quickly) gawld... loads. love em. about 15 quid each.
and the french sole ones i got (3 pairs) were not anywhere near as comfy. fwiw.
