what to wear with this dress? (& where to find it!)

Son's communion coming up the weekend after next, and after a bit of targeted online shopping, I struck it lucky for once and found a dress I really like!

It's a lovely dress, perhaps too much detail for a strongly contrasting colour. I think I would go for nude heels maybe navy bag but then I like things simple.
