I have a job interview next wednesday its for a position as a bank auxiliary nurse - am pretty much guarenteed the job. Not sure what to wear - suit feels too formal.

Thinking black trousers, ballet flats and nice 3/4 shirt.

Also what bag should I take and my coat is pretty casual, will that be ok?

AND I need to take my uniform to the interview (have to go to work straight afterwards) what to do what to do don't want to look scruffy with a plastic bag.

that does sound very casual to me. black trousers sound fine. Do you have a very neat cardigan you can wear over the shirt?

If your coat is very casual take it off and leave it in car or wherever and then a cardigan will def be a good idea

black bag i guess. can you leave work stuff somewhere (car, reception, at work?) if not find a very smart bag and tuck it under the desk as soon as you get there!

good luck
