Boden has something similar. I adore kirstie but am wincing looking at those shoes. I think she perhaps needed half a size up.

She has very slim ankles and feet. Agree though that her toes are crushed! No help with the provenance of the shoes, sorry.

The toes on her left foot look really squashed in and uncomfortable.

Several years ago, I happened to be somewhere they were filming. They were all standing around on the street waiting to start, and Kirstie was wearing flats, not heels. It may have been one of the times she was pregnant, but it suggests she only puts the heels on for actual filming, and takes them off in between.

Another time Phil said on the show that wasn't there with him that day because she'd fallen off her heels and twisted her ankle, and had gone to the doctor.

Have met Kirstie. One of my old pubs was used as filming for the bit where they put an offer in etc. She has an Indian dressmaker make all her dresses. She chooses the fabric and she gets them made! She's also got a house in the Caribbean and asked to buy the fancy vintage plates on the pub wall for it!
Can't speak for shoes though...
