seven as opposed to seven for mankind jeans

believe them to be quite different to 7 for all mankind (of which i am a fan)

but haven't seen/tried them, sorry

My dd just bought a pair of seven skinnys in tkamx, they are fab.

When the company started out they were called Seven jeans. Then the 2 designers split up and started their own labels, one became 7 for all mankind and the other became citizen of humanity.

I have pairs of jeans by both and they are fabulous!!! I have got my DH to get one of his work colleagues to buy me a pair as she is in New York at the moment and they are much cheaper there!!

oh i was thinking about this as i went in to tk maxx inspired by another thread and there were no 'seven for all mankind' jeans but lots of 'sevens'. They were about 25 quid.

I then went to our trendy designer shop that sells 7 for all mankind jeans at 169 quid and they were completely different - no relation at all.

so they are not the same - i think 'seven' is trying to pick up customers who think they are 7 for all mankind.

none of them suited my ample bum though sadly!!
