Unless you're very tall and funky and can get away with it. Otherwise very definitely not. Would look dreadful on me.

yep skinny jeans also, with nice boots, flats I would say and pointy, i don't dislike leggings as such but think you would have to accessorize alot to look dressed, so a big neck scarf with a big bag etc

I would be tempted though (if I were slim dress not an option for me !!) to wear it with a pair of loudish coloured tights and boots seriously that would look evry cool, aubergine tights!!
