Is this dress nice or hideous

I really struggle with summer. In winter I have a uniform. Skinny jeans, vest and jumper and a black dress for work. I have no summer clothes that fit. I've see this dress, which I would wear in the day with flip flops and maybe evening dresses up with heels. The only problem is that I can't tell if it's pretty or hideous. The dress arrived and it's really lovely. It is really flattering on but it's going back as it's so fitted I can barely walk!

Ahh man, what a shame! I was about to say it's lovely! Could you order it in a size up so it's more roomy? I doubt it'd look too big if it's too fitted now, it has a nice shape. Worth a try I reckon, really like it.
