I have finally found one. Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturiser.
I have very sensitive skin I particularly react to foundations, moisturisers or primers that contain silicone or alcohol.
I got the shade Porcelain & it's a great colour & gives a naturally slightly dewy look.
I've been using Jane Iredale loose mineral powder but I find powder is matte looking but I don't react to it.
It is quite expensive but worth it for me as I have been trying for so long to find something that I can use.
