Advice on eye creams for fine lines and occasional puffiness

I am looking for advice on eye creams that work on fine lines and the occasional puffiness - although fines lines but more critical. Preferably without nasty cyclo-silicones like cyclopentasiloxane or the like as I am mindful of my fertility.

I love my embryolisse one. Online from boots. I put it on in the morning before applying make up.

Nuxe anti-fatigue one is pretty good. About 17 quid.
