Face or body?

There's about a stone's difference between what makes my face (and boobs) look good and what makes my body look its best. For context I'm 42 so have lost that oomph in my face. Even when overweight I still look thin on my face. Anyone in a similar situation?

I must admit to becoming much more interested in cosmetic surgery procedures such as botox and fillers!
