I want zip off or roll up light trousers, and here's the tough bit with an elastic waist not a fitted waist.

The nearest I've found are the Boden zip off cargo pants, which may have to do.

Size wise he's long and skinny so it's XS men's or age 14 boy I need and they all seem to stop at 12 years.

So if anyone's bored or just a style fucking genuis please help me think of places to look (done Primark, H&M, Next, Tk Max, John Lewis, M&Co, all he usual high st suspects, no joy)

Pleeeeeease help meeeeeeeee.

Might grab some of those H&M ones for DS2. He had some lovely Landsend ones, last year, but is likely to have outgrown them.

DS1 is in kids 15 or men's S-M, now (he's only recently 13, he got me to measure him earlier and he's bloody 5'8!) I'm dreading when he outgrows Next 16 because no more £8 cotton rich joggers! He wears them to school (no uniform) and they're usually covered with paint within about 3 wears. He needs stuff to be mostly cotton because he gets sweat rashes (and sweaty bollocks!) otherwise.

Primark men's ones are good pickachew

I rather like those pants, drudge, but that website is bloody shite to navigate on a laptop. Maybe I need to climb up the menus instead of scroll.

I'll have to look, Honeydragon. I did look in sports direct, as there's a big one quite near me, but it's all polyester and logos. He hates logos. Even ones that say Superdry in 3 inch high lettering. Can't think why.

HoneyDragon · 04/03/2017 22:33

Primark are definitely cotton.

Vertbaudet is generally quite slim fit, work nicely for my beanpole of a son

HoneyDragon · 04/03/2017 22:47

WhaT about Mountain Warehouse? They usually gave zip-off trousers but not sure about the elasticated waist.
