How long are you left without teeth?

Mu123 · 22/03/2017 08:10

I will do bagit once i get the dc to school

doughnut i was 15 months all in due to wanting to wait 6 months after extraction to let it heal properly. Could have got the crown placed 5 months ago but unfortunately had to use the money to attend a family funeral. I wore a single tooth denture in this time so was never without a tooth

I'll have a gap for 4-6 months while the pins fuse with my jaw. I already had a space at the top though as I lost my first milk tooth about 10 years ago so I'm used to it. I have got so accustomed to having a less than perfect smile that it is really exciting looking ahead to having a normal one!

Thanks Molly. We've been in search but the cost and procedure kept putting us off.
Please let me know the name of Dentist?

I had an implant 3 years ago, had a horrible gap from a failed root canal/crown. Process was a bit drawn out, my dentist put me under so didn't experience any of the hammering that the OP mentioned. Deffo if anyone thinking about it, and you are a suitable candidate (and you have the cash)go for it.
