Please help me??! I need a Top to go with smart jeans or a pencil skirt!

I am large of nork, and would like something v neck, loose, but fitted round the hips?? With sleeves, and preferably a fine knit, or silky, but not jersey! Does this exist? I realise this is a big ask
I would also like to spend the least amount of money possible

I have this in a deep green colour that I wear tucked in with a pencil skirt

I got this top at primark last year for £6 ish.
it's fitted with a loose fine mesh layer on the front.
Goes really well with a pencil skirt.
they may still have it or something similar.

Might any of these suit? They don't exactly fit the criteria but are designed for larger busted ladies.

I saw this top in Next recently, didn't try it on but looked good.

I bought a top the same style as this (mines burgundy but the same shape etc) from Coast last winter. It's incredibly flattering on my ridiculous 30j bust and looks good with trousers or skirts.

I love the phase eight one, the second one, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks GVmama! And the next one looks quite food, but may be a but boxy still?
