Waves / big loose curls on fine hair - is it possible?

I have fairly long, fine hair which I would love to be wavey or have big loose curls. Blake Lively has my dream hair. I know realistically I can't get her hair, but is it possible to get something like it? And if so, how? Loose perm? big tongs? Witchcraft?

Babyliss Curl Secret works very nicely on my fine hair. And takes just a few minutes, as there's not that much to curl.

Thanks, I'll give it a go

You'll need to hairspray the hell out of it so the curls/waves don't drop. Ellenet normal hold spray is good - holds well but doesn't go hard or crunchy.

I have the secret curl, but get better results on my long fine hair with a large barrelled curling wand. Can you borrow from anyone to see which suits your hair better? And yy to using absolutely loads of hair spray! Grin

Straighteners work well on my fine hair, nice loose waves

I use straighteners to put a wave in my fine hair - it holds most of the day
