Have you tried 'The Ordinary' products?

Really inexpensive and their website has information on different regimes for general skin concerns.

Some very good reviews.

And no, I don't work for them Smile

Benzoyl Peroxide applied every evening works for me. I buy Acnecide from Boots OTC. It prevents any spots appearing. Unless yours is just scarring? It's hard to see from the pic.

Looks like a bit of residual redness from previous breakouts: I get this myself sometimes and find Garnier Spot Reducing toner to be very effective. It's quite drying, though, so don't overdo it.

I had an antibiotic cream from the GP which cleared up my chin but I've found that for day to day this has helped www.pakcosmetics.com/skin-care/skin-wash/soap-bars/medicated-cleansing-bar-with-exfoliants.html

There are also different treatments that would even your skin tone out pretty easily. Generally available from doctors.

I've been using The Ordinary's Azeliac acid suspension and alpha arbutin on my formerly spotty chin and they have worked very well (probably the azeliac in particular). They've helped clear up the red marks and have smoothed the skin there.
