Is it all it is cracked up to be. Got the following in my basket but thought I would seek wisdom of S & B gurus before flashing the cash.

Bond Girl lipstick
Beach Stick in Formentera
Chameleon eyeshadow pencil
Barbarella Brown liquid eyeliner pencil.

I've blond hair with natural grey highlights , pale skin more yellow than pink undertones and pale blue eyes. Need pepping up.

I have two lipsticks - one matte, one not. I really like both. The matte one is very creamy and comfortable for a matte - very different to MAC which I find drying as hell. I have a RHW lipstick from M&S - apart from the rose gold packaging its not the same at all. I have Silk Rose which goes on creamy but I find it gets very drying as the day goes on. Well worth the extra 9 quid for Charlotte

I adore the perfume but its total Marmite - people either love it or hate it

I love CT make up. I've got some of the lipsticks - matte and the other and they're both lovely. Not drying at all. I've also got one of the eyeshadow palettes which is I think some of the best eyeshadows I've ever had. Goes on really well and stays all day. It's not cheap but I'm gradually going to get more lippies and eyeshadows. The Audrey eyeliner is good too.

I have a few bits, the eye khol liners and lip liners are lovely as is the cheek sticks. The eyebrow gel is for me a must have and I would never be without it. The magic wand eye concealer is like any other, nothing wrong with it but not magical in any way.

I have one lipstick (bitch perfect) and it is awful on me. Both in colour and texture.

I did not get on with the foundation either

I have some bits of charlotte tilbury make up. It's ok, I like the lipstick and eyes to mesmerise. Other bits like the pencils and mascara are alright but nothing to warrant the price tag.
As much as I love my bitch perfect lipstick, I won't replace it when it runs out and would rather buy another mac lipstick and save myself £10

It is all a bit too sparkly and style over substance
The ingredients in magic cream would cause me spots.
Generally style over substance

I love love love make up and I really wanted to love CTs range. But no.
As a contact lens wearer the eye crayons and kohls all formed a film over my eyeball that rendered me almost blind - not kidding. It was the most awful thing and happened on the 3 separate occasions I wore them.
The mascara ended up under my eyes.
The eyeshadow quads are great, lovely pigments but I needed a primer as the colours looked patchy without it.
Lipsticks: meh. I reapply lipstick often enough that I'm not too bothered by quality and I wasn't sold on some of the colours - the neutrals were a bit too pale and chalky.
I have the " look in a palette" or whatever it's called which is bronzer, highlighter, blusher and eye shadows in very one shade suits all ( Caucasian) colours which is ok.
But it's Sooooooo Expensive!!!

Thanks for all the replies and sorry for only coming back on now, long day at work. So it seems from most of the comments the lipsticks get the thumbs up as do the the beach sticks and the eyeshadow. Will investigate the magic cream.

Think I will get the lippie and beach stick in formentera for now as seem to be the safest bet and things I am in most need of. 💋💄
