What colour shoes to liven up this dress?

It's my best friend's 40th party next week and I've bought this dress to wear. What colour shoes should I buy to wear with it? A bright colour to liven it up? Something quirky to counteract my 40-ness? Or something classic and look chic?

Fuchsia pink to liven it up.
But Black would be fine if you want to to tone in

Purple goes really well with that colour grey - as does claret red/burgundy. Might be a bit of a challenge finding something in those colours though. I had a quick look on Dune and then found these wine velvet ones from john lewis that are gorgeous.......
