Size 14 you look nice and not fat

I was a size 16-18 last time I bought any clothes. Dress is a 16.

Have lost through stress.

I have leggings on.

To be fair the boots are because there's a lot of snow outside.

I would guess 14/16 closer to a 14. I think the dress makes it look like you are a spongy mass though need more structure.

I'd say a 10/12. Slim legs but kind of a hip shelf (I have this too) which can make you look bigger than you are.

You need longer sleeves, something much more fitted round the waist and a scoop neck top.

A pencil skirt, heels and a tight top would look the bomb on you.

op in that case I would experiment with outfits from charity shops - cheap & a good way to decide what looks good with your new shape.
