How to renew these leather shoes?

Picture below: I've got the tan pair on the right and it's not held it's lovely sheen very well. I leather protected it when first bought but when I polish them using a cream leather cleaner) it takes ages and they never look shiny. Any tips?

I use a flash dash sponge thing which is designed to make your car dashboard look all shiny but works a treat on shoes as well.

Thanks chirrup -fun idea. Would you clean the shoes first with leather cream? Flash Dash only £1.75 on eBay. Great.
