Help with outfit for 'smart casual' dinner with long black pleated skirt

I have a 'smart casual' dinner in a few weeks. I want to wear a long black pleated skirt I already have with some dark blue flats.

What top can I wear? It's going to be cold getting there and back (not in this country) but the restaurant should be warm.

I also have a little baby bump I need to disguise if possible..

Up to £40 would be good.

Any ideas (all I can think of is a cami)?

I would say a cami, or a short sleeved silky t shirt type top and a lovely necklace?

Silky t shirt top sounds good. Could wear a cami under too for warmth!
