Crest whitening strips - amazing but how do I reduce pain afterwards?

I came across crest whitening strips a couple of years ago now & they work brilliantly. I really want to start using them again but the one thing stopping me is remembering the pain afterwards from sensitivity!! It was awful & if I used them at night, the pain would bother me for hours the following day!

Does anybody know how I can reduce this? I tried using sensodyne before & after but it didn't really help.

Colgate pro relief. Smear it on your teeth and leave it on for 5 mins before brushing. My dentist suggested doing it with sensodyne but I find the colgate one works better.

Where do you get these from OP? Are they available in pharmacies here?

I put mine on around 7pm, that usually means I'm asleep when the sensitivity kicks in!
