Bah! Christmas pressie Joules wellies don't fit-any ideas for alternative please?

Gutted. DH bought me lovely Beagle wellies from Joules which I can't get on over my calves. I loved the print too -any ideas on alternative wellies that might fit? Thanks

Can you swap them for the shorter ones?I can't get the knee high ones on but can get their shorter ones on comfortably. I've got shorter Hunters too and they're great.

Another option might be Tayberry wellies. They have prints and tend to be wider in the calf. One of the online welly shop sites has a section on boots that fit wider calves (can't remember the name). More expensive but I love my Muck Boots. They are neoprene and stretch and sooo warm. However don't have funky prints.

I got a pair of these just before Christmas. I have wide calves but these are plenty big enough, room for thick socks and jeans tucked in.
