Weleda skin food and organic rosehip oil used sparingly.

Eat oil, coconut added raw to hot food so melted but not cooked, fresh avocados, raw olive oil. Eat lots of fresh greens, not juiced. Drink lots of plain water and with lemon mint and cucumber. Avoid sugar, dairy and additives. Bathe in Epsom salts and use argan oil or shea butter on your body after a bath and drink after your bath too. Treating your entire body with help the skin on your face.

I agree with rubybleu about Aquaphor - I started to use it this year and my skin has never been as good, as my skin has gotten v dry over the past few years. It also gives a lovely glisten to the skin that I have never had before. It goes under make up really well too. I have tried Body Shop Vit E Serum Oil which is ok, but nothing like the Aquaphor.

Diet also works wonders - lots of water, less processed food, more green veggies, less white flour products, less alcohol. You know, all the fun stuff....
