What are the best type of knickers to wear under gym leggings to avoid vpl?

I don't wear any....they're going to be washed after every wear as they're sweaty....???

If you are going to wear none make sure your leggings are VERY thick and don't go see through when you bend over.

Best way to test is with them off. Push your fingers against the fabric. If you can see skin then they will be see through.

They have totally flat smooth edges and buy a size up so no digging in and causing a vpl that way either

Big cotton ones... I'm a sweaty mess anyway, vpl is the least of my problems.

Seconding checking that your leggings aren't see through if you're going knickerless. There are some women in my gym who haven't done that and it's all a bit I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOUR BARE ARSE FLEXING AT ME, THANKS.

I like M&S microfibre shorts under leggings for the gym, they're at least minimal VPL and very comfy.

None too. If using shared equipment I sit on a sweat towel to add an extra layer.

Runderwear, they are comfortable and never move, I don't care about VPL.

Runderwear thong or the brooks thong. Both sweat wicking and seamless so no chafing.

Oh please do knicker up. I'm so tired of seeing every cranny. Surely vpl is preferable to that much detail.

M&S thong. I'm at the back so no arse cheek revelation here. But my lovely friend in front has hideous vpl - really breaks my concentration.
