Has anyone got a next VIP slot yet ? When do they get given out ?

I always got them fairly well in advance of sales, but I had a credit account with them and a balance of around £1000 most of the time as DD used it too. I just found their quality very very poor over the last 12 months, and I've closed my account. I did notice that they didn't like high rates of returns?

I must have spent a few thousand as I buy most things for the kids and home from there and we have bought dinner suits and expensive dresses etc.. I've got the arse !!

I have one. I can sort of understand their reasons behind it. I know what size we are in next so rarely return anything. I do spend quite a bit with them. Ds is mostly kitted out by them, dd about 50% and me mainly in next sale stuff! Plus bits for the house.

I suppose if people spend £300 on sale stuff then return some of it they end up reselling sale stuff which they have tighter profit margins on.

This is the first year I haven't received a VIP invite.
I spend a lot with them, kids clothes & school uniform being the regular purchases. I always pay over and above so I have good credit balance and I return very little so going by this their 'VIP criteria' is bullshit.

Well it's said that there's no loyalty anymore and they have lost a good, regular paying customer.

I got 7pm Thursday. Earliest I ever had was 5pm on the Wednesday but don't buy much anymore.
