Help me find shoes for this party dress! (with conditions)

My shoe stipulations are as follows

Size 5
Can't do high heels
Can't do thin heels
Have slightly wide feet so while I can buy regular width trainers/boots etc, going out shoes are almost always too narrow for my hooves feet.

I'm fine with platform style heels.

Oh and I spent more than planned on the dress so cheap and cheerful would be great.

Or some black low/mid heel ankle boots? Primark are great for those at the moment :)

Horace I'm not looking for flats, need some kind of heel, just not mega high or stiletto-esque.

frog am quite short and ankle straps tend to cut my legs off a bit.
