Bravura - did anyone order from their recent 25% off sale?

Bit of a long shot this...

I ordered from them last Monday (28 Nov) and still haven't had my order. There's a message on their site to say they were flooded with orders and this is why things are taking a little longer to arrive.

However, they took the money for my order on 30 Nov, which I thought was a bit odd because don't companies normally take your money when they have sent your stuff? I am prepared to be wrong about this!

Was just wondering if anyone else had ordered from them during their 25% off sale and if you'd got your items yet?

Their not dodgy at all. I've been ordering from them for ages now without any issues.

I too placed an order in the Black Friday sale and am still waiting for delivery.

They recently did a facebook post explaining the reasons for the delay and to let people know that they are working as hard as they can.

Seems that some customers have had their orders and some not, just luck I think as to who's received theirs without too much delay.

My payment has not come out yet I don't think as I pay via PayPal on their payment after delivery schedule thingy.
