If you use No7 P&P serum, which one do you use and how old are you?

Hi,

So I've been using the first one for about 5 or 6 years. I'm 32 and I really like it. The serum, that is, not my age Confused

I just went to repurchase the Advanced one, but I've accidentally picked up the Advanced Intense- the next one on. Oops.

I have it in my head, this is more for 40 plus. I can't really be arsed to take it back, but then I don't like using something that my skin doesn't really "need" yet iyswim. Kind of like I would have nowhere to go for the future when I get more wrinkly Grin

What do you think?

I'm 42 and I use the first one (not the intense one) because I don't have any wrinkles yet. Having said that, Boots will swap it for you but if you really can't be bothered to take it back just use it and buy the other one next time.

What I didn't say was that I've gone for what suits my skin, rather than the one that is meant for my age. I don't see the point in using the one for deep wrinkles when I haven't got any, even if age wise that's what I 'should' be buying.
Use the one you've got. If for any reason your skin doesn't like it then take it back and swap it.

Thanks, bunny.

Congratulations on the no wrinkles! Xmas Grin

I'm not sure if I do or not tbh. What's the difference between a wrinkle and a fine line?

I first tried p&p in last year's no 7 advent calendar so once I'd run out, went to buy some more. Then realised there was Advanced and INTENSE Advanced. Went to pick up Advanced thinking the Intense was for 45+, only for the Boots lady to point out its intended for 30-45! I'm 42. The advanced is aimed at 20-35. Whilst I'm pretty pleased with my youthful looking skin, it's certainly not 20-something youthful!

I don't have many noticeable wrinkles apart from a deep frown line between my eyebrows that only botox will really sort that the serum has reduced a bit.

I use the Advanced Intense one - in my 40s but have very oily skin and no noticeable wrinkles. Am hoping it will prevent wrinkles in the longer term. I like it as it's non greasy but moisturising enough to use without adding moisturiser on top!

Still torn.

I know the Intense one was the one that got all the rave reviews.

Hmm if I take it back, I'll be surrounded by temptation and will probably want to buy something else! Confused

I used intense in my 30s.

whaaaaat · 07/12/2016 10:53

How do you find it sian? What kind of skin do you have?

I use the Intense Advanced, and I'm nearly 53.
I've been using it twice a day for about 18 months, it suits my skin, and I'm happy with the result.
I use my Liz Earle moisturiser on top.

I've got extremely sensitive mostly dry skin and it is the BOMB. definitely reduced my wrinkles. I haven't had time to use it lately (shouting toddler supervises my mornings) but must start again!
