Looking for a gorgeous daytime fragrance that is budget friendly

Sick of paying £1-2 per ml for perfume - I go through bottles quite quickly as like to project a good silage - so looking for cheaper, say £20 for 50ml eau de parfum strength, fragrance.
My favourites for winter are NR for her EDT and VS Heavenly. I also love Light Blue and Maitresse.
I really dislike vanilla as a dry down - love musk.
Any suggestions welcome please.

This dvf perfume is my go to work perfume although I usually wear the edt for work. I wasn't clear what you want it for - work, lunch with friends, walking the dogs. I think it makes a difference as I don't wear the same perfume at weekends.

Is NR Narcisso Rodriguez? If so, SJP lovely is supposed to be very similar and is very budget friendly. I know it's slen endorsed but it smells good.

Silage! Yes, some might say at times that I have smelt of manure!

Mary Greenwell scent's at the Perfume Shop are popular and cheap. Fire is much loved on the perfume thread.

fabulousathome · 01/12/2016 21:28

Have a look at the Perfume Parlour website. V reasonable, in price and quality, dupes for famous perfumes. The two I've used have been excellent.

Lidl perfume is lovely and only costs £4!

I like angel schlesser flor de naranja for today and my Hermes orange verte for special occasions, evenings. Etc

Impulse ?

Body shop mists are amazing- they do strawberry, vanilla, white musk and my favourite- blossom (reminds me of Ralph Lauren Romance). Between £7.50-8 a bottle but the smells lasts all day. Online they normally do promo codes if you spend a certain amount so works out well if you buy a few

If you're not averse to dupes, try Milton Lloyd. I have dupes of Coco Mademoiselle and Alien, fooled my sister who wears Alien every day. £5 each on amazon.

I love Eternity ... I've got eternity moment atm was £27 for 100ml from Superdrug recently .

I love Clinique happy. Not too expensive and smells gorgeous.

Have you tried Zara? Amazing value and the staying power is pretty good.
If you like musky scents I think you'll love Zara Oriental

pieceofpurplesky · 01/12/2016 23:32

M and S New York is gorgeous

Second Perfume Parlour, I have about 30 Blush at £3 a bottle. As they are oils, they last ages as well. Some of the dupes are indistinguishable from the real thing and some are even better!

Otherwise my favourite cheap as chips perfume is definitely Yardley Jade, I paid £7.99. It's similar to Chanel Cristalle but (IMO) nicer as it's greener and sharper.

No idea what it's like but Jimmy Choo Blossom 60ml edp is Boots star gift today at £23 (half price). Worth a sniff maybe Grin

Ghost original fragrance. I got 50ml for £20 in the fragrenceshop.

MrsCocoa · 03/12/2016 08:30

Thought Lidl's Little Secret might be a NR dupe?

hollyisalovelyname · 03/12/2016 10:34

Body Shop Red Musk is lovely

KoalaDownUnder · 03/12/2016 10:38

I agree that if you like NR for Her, you will like Sarah Jessica Parker's 'Lovely'.

TrickyD · 03/12/2016 15:02

Another vote for Perfume Parlour here. I recently bought the 3ml oils in three dupe flavours, Alien, Poison and Agent Provocateur. Alien is very realistic, Poison slightly less so but very, very nice,, Agent P least like the real thing but so pretty I am wearing it the most. £2.25 each. Has anyone tried the sprays? I would be intetested to read opinions on those.
