Where do you shop for Age 11 to 15 yr olds clothes?

I find it awfully hard to find clothes to suit DD. She's 11, but is very tall so usually wears trousers for around age 13-14.

She sometimes fits in adult size 6 or occasionally 8 clothes, but they are usually the wrong "shape" or too obviously adult for her.

We buy the less cheap and nasty looking stuff from BHS/ Tammy Girl for her "fashion items" and can usually get trousers and skirts in Gap, though it seems they don't do many of their lines up to Age 13. Next rarely have items big enough for her. Zara is nice, but a bit expensive for regular buying IMO.

Where do you buy for your girls of this age?

I also have a nephew who is 14 and likes to get "trendy" clothes for presents, but we've only ever found suitable things in Debenhams "teenager" section. Even small adult items seem to swamp him so it's rather difficult.

Any thoughts?

New Look have a 9-15 range that might be worth trying.

TK Maxx is a good place to find this sort of thing, although looking for it can be exhausting because there is just so much there! But their kids' section goes up to age 16, which helps if the adult sections overwhelm you

SportsWorld has some really nice stuff now, not just sports clothes - DS1 is 13 and can wear small men's size in some ranges, but they also have up to age 13/14 in the children's section and some of it is incredibly cheap. The women's clothes are even less sporty than the men's (iyswim).

Next online goes up to age 16 for boys and girls (but there is a delivery charge each time, although returns are free)

My 12 year old dd loves H&M - apparently it's where all her friends shop.

MK one,
H&M

My DD (13) is a fan of:

New Look (some adult stuff is OK size wise too)
Tammy (BHS) - only some things, a few she thinks are a bit "cutesy"
Pilot
MK One

As for boys I have no idea I'm afraid! (Other than sports shops)

New Look is the only place I can get trousers long enough and skinny enough for DD (11) - they do an extra long length in some of their jeans, so if nothing else, she has a pair of those on the go! We've also had some success with Pilot size 6, although the hips have sometimes needed skimming off by machine.

Excellent ideas! Thanks all.

Have just started using Next online for maternity stuff and have found them great. Never thought to look for kids stuff.

My 11 yr old dd (who is developing Goth/Emo tendancies) gets tops at Punky Fish (the bottoms are still much too big for her skinny waist), jeans and denim skirts in Gap, occasional black not too teenagey pieces in Tammy and occasional bits at M & S boutique and New Look.
