My niece is 13 and obsessed with Kylie Jenner and her make up range is there anywhere other than Kylie own site where I can buy any of her products ?

Not one for posting on this topic normally but DD just had some of this stuff arrive from the US, hit with £19 customs charge. Lipstick I think it is

That's unreal ! I think eBay will be my best bet then . I know my mum has been stung with taxes and fees ordering small inexpensive items from the States .

Just to update I got a Dark Knight one for £9 on eBay it is genuine and I think I got it for a low price as the auction finished today at lunchtime so thanks everyone for your helpv

can i just ask how people know theyre genuine when bought from other sites?

The girl I bought from has posted a watermarked photo with her name on it and an invoice from Kylie site with her name on it and I looked at other items she had sold and none of them were Kylie related . I think when it's fake the person will have shedloads of the same product to sell when in reality it's so hard to get one of these lipsticks from the site That not many people would be able to afford to buy say 30 in then sell them at £5 . That's my logic anyway if anyone else has any tips though would like to hear them as it took me forever to find one genuine lipstick .

ahh that makes sense. could be someone who brought it back from holiday or something.

They aren't that rare - the first release of a new colour can be but they're pretty easy after that - but you'd make a huge loss selling at £5 and they'd definitely sell at £25 so it makes no sense to sell genuine ones cheap. There is a lot of fake ones which are both cheap and normal; unfortunately the invoices and "From Kylie" handwritten signs are really easy to forge. The website is expected to have some sales for Black Friday I believe but if you buy more than an item or two you're likely to get hit with customs. Rumour has it she sent the first lot incorrectly declared so most of her imports are now checked.

I have NYX too and love them but they aren't similar. Colourpop are but she'll probably not love them if it's the Kylie affect that she's after!

If there's a package for Black Friday; keep an eye for individual bits that people don't want being listed. I've got two lipsticks that aren't my colour from the last package, I keep meaning to list them. I imagine the same will be true for eyeliner, eye shadows etc from the new collections this time. dbs gf lives in america id love her to purchase and send as a gift but would feel cheeky. might ask though my dn would love it.

shame its not stocked in uk. she did a line with sinful nails that was stocked here and could be a cheap stocking filler

Oh Anchor I never even thought of that I am pretty convinced this girl is genuine only because her other sold items are similar to my own and she's not running a business or anything . This Kylie really needs to have a Uk site but maybe that's where she makes the money from postage etc .
On another point have you saw the New NYx pallettes which are like the lip cream and called Copenhagen , Dubai etc ? They are on the Boots website but already out of stock but look really nice .

You can get them from Roses Beauty Store but theres a pretty heft mark up (only about the same as one from the US with customs etc on top though)

Can I just Chocolate you sound like an amazing aunt to go to so much trouble and really think about what to buy your niece.

I bought DD kylie lip kit from Amazon - no duty to pay but it did come from abroad 🤔. The formula is horrible (leaves Lips sticky) and smells horrible so I'm guessing it's fake? DD was v disappointed. So was I having paid £60 🙄

Homebythesea I've read quite a few reviews where people haven't been too impressed with the quality of the product . Buster I love buying female presents as I find buying my dad Dp etc really dull they always just want clothes or vouchers .
