Tell me about your outfits. I need to revamp my wardrobe. I'm 5'2" and a size 8. I don't have a lot of time to get ready in a morning as have an 18mo and a 7yo.
I'd like to look more funky. I'm in a rut of wearing skinny jeans,Stan smiths and Chelsea boots with a parka or a long cardigan. Can you give me advice to revamp my wardrobe for winter. I want to look fashionable.

There was a long thread on pinafore dresses recently.

Before you get one, do be aware that they are seen by many as ridiculous on adults. And that if you mean bib-fronted pinafores, they can sit very badly on breasts.

DrScoll I think your find it depends if you've got the va va voom to carry it off! I doubt a 7 year old wears sexy suede boots and red lipsticks!!! Wink

I also like the blogger The Frugality, she always looks cool and most of her clothes are high street.
She seems quite tall though so some things don't work on me but she is great for inspiration.

I don't have a chest really so I might get away with it. I will have to try some on. I am quite blonde/grey, blue eyes so I am quite weary of bold lipsticks. I think I look like a dickhead Grin
