Anyone use Estee Lauder BB cream or Daywear tinted moisturiser?

I've been using the sheer tint moisturiser over the summer and really liked it. As it tends to make me look a little tanned it works well in summer but now I'm wondering if it might look too dark & like I've overdone the fake tan.
Today I used my clinique foundation for the firsg time in ages and it felt heavy and looked a bit chalky. It also made me look quite pasty.

I see EL do a BB cream and wondering if this might be a good in between the two option.

Does anyone use it or can anyone tell me how it compares to the EL sheer tint moisturiser?

I use the Clinique CC cream. Always used full foundation ... Now only on a night out!!!

Thanks Dollop that's interesting. For some reason I feel that I 'should' wear a foundation to act as a base for the rest of my make up, but I just really like the lightness of the sheer tint moisturiser. Not sure it really lasts all day though, by lunchtime at work i'm surey make up has disappeared! Is this why a foundation is better than a TM or CC/BB cream?

Another thumbs up for the Clinique CC cream here. The texture is gorgeous and it gives a lovely light coverage. I sometimes put a mineral powder on top and it lasts all day.

Like Ginge I put a powder over the top!!!!

I use Estée Lauder Doublewear Light - it gives more coverage than a tinted moisturiser but isn't as heavy as foundation?

Is it loose powder? I have the clinique gentle loose powder but rarely use as don't want to look powdery. Perhaps I just need a little.

Fenella thanks, I'll have a look at that. EL do seem to have a large range of options.

Foundation (especially long wearing foundation) is generally longer lasting than BB creams, yes. Having said that, the Estée Lauder All Day Glow BB cream is quite long lasting for a BB, and isn't chalky. Using a primer and powder will help extend wear further.

Is there a reason you're going for a BB over a foundation? There are plenty of lovely lightweight foundations on the market these days that will be longer lasting than a BB.

Unfortunately the EL All Day Glow BB cream has been discontinued. I use the EL Daywear BB cream but it doesn't give as much coverage as the All Day Glow. I also like the EL Doublewear light which is long lasting and provides a bit more coverage. Hope this helps.

Oh no! Such a shame, it was a great product...
