OK I need another work suit, however I am not a 'suity' person therefore it needs to be 'interesting'

Basically it has tp be a proper suit though, no dresses, weird patterns etc. A proper business suit.
However I want a slightly unual cut, or detial that stops it looking like a boring old work suit.

Also it needs to be cheap.

I saw a nice one in pronciples sale, but it was a size 14 (I am a 12) and I cannot find a pic, but it had a wrapped/drapped skirt and short fitted jkt. So if you are near a principles and they have a check suit in a size 12 let me know. Otherwise I need help please.

Next stuff is boring, I have looked at dotty P too.

Please help me

I like the contrast bits on this jacket, but do get trousers a better lentgh than the model's....

I like this brown tweedy one in Next too.

I was just looking at that M&S one MrsB and thought exactly that!!

I want a neat ittle jkt I think I am quite short and curvy and like the idea of one that you don't need a shirt underneath (I wear vests usually)

I quite like this except for the model and unsure if it is a bit mumsy!! (mumsy is soo not me, I wear 4" bright red stillettos to work!!)

Principles jackets have good necklines this season but aren't especially cheap or indeed interesting.

Have you tried [whisper] Primark?
I have a killer linen suit from there - all depends on how lucky you are with the fit.

velvet bow one not bad, you'd need to try it on though.

Really you need anniemac, she's a devotee of 40s-style suits and vertiginous heels - I wear cords and boots to work so am not the best person to ask...

How about the suedette jacket and skirt here?

I got a gorgeous suit in Next on Friday - its not in the directory so can't show you I'm afraid - it was a bargain though.

Brown Jacket with cream stitching - 2 large buttons in middle - fully lined £30!

Matching skirt again fully lined £17!

Both were full price and only just in stores.
