Have you bought anything recently that you're pleased with?

I always save the free returns labels if I don't use them. I have also put returns from 3 orders together in one parcel and used 1 free return label to keep the other 2 back. It's not been a problem - the refunds go straight through.

Tbh the no quibble return policy and the free delivery/returns is one of the reasons I end up back at Boden over and over. Plus the clothes are mostly good quality and last really well.

Hi there ArieltheMermaid1720. The Penzance Parks arrived today.

It has gone back as it was too small. Now I admit to having a big bust and zip up coats often do me no favours but this was very small. Not just across the bust but the arms were short too which is odd as I've never had that problem before.
It was well made though and the fur lining warm and snug. Whether it was warm enough for a bitter day in the winter I'm not sure, it would depend I think on how badly you fel the cold.

Not an über smart coat but functional and well made.
