Can anyone share any skincare or over the counter products that have worked to help acne?

I've had antibiotics, pill and topicals from the GP over the years - none of which have hugely worked. I'm not sold on pushing further for Roaccutane and was just wondering if I was missing out on anything I could try!

For me, Mario Badescu products worked. The AHA body soap is my go to facial cleanser (3-4 times a week) and ensure you use sun protection

I quit dairy, got one of those at home light machine things (sorry can't remember what they are called!) and used bio oil on big spots.

Honestly my skin cleared by then I was 36. Same age my mums cleared and she did nothing so it could just be chance
