hmmmmm

imho long line tops are for skinny trews (or ahem footless tights) only

Tutter · 09/02/2007 12:19

surely the lengths would all be a bit wrong

ledodgy · 09/02/2007 12:19

What shape is the denim skirt?

ledodgy · 09/02/2007 12:19

I agree i'm nto sure about the long line top and skirt combo..

ledodgy · 09/02/2007 12:20

Why not wear skinny jeans boots and long line top? Will be warmer too.

mateychops · 09/02/2007 12:21

Can you leave the denim skirt off?

She'll be bloody freezing if she did that!

MerlinsBeard · 09/02/2007 12:22

long line top and shirt skirt no no in my book...plus unless you are 18-25 and a size 8/10 not many ppl can get away with the shirt skirt, tights long boots thing imo

yes

better

do you have a lovely roll neck (tight) that you can wear a chunky necklace or double row of pearls (in a funky not like girl out of last night's freakoid show) kind of way

Normal top would be better. What's the normal top like?

Hmm that could work then especially as the skirt is short and fitted would be a big no no with an a line skirt though.

mateychops · 09/02/2007 12:28

Go for it, girl. Sounds good.

WanderingTrolley · 09/02/2007 12:35

I am concerned about your boots.

The heel, specifically.

You cannot have a marquee without mud. You don't want to get stuck.

Suggest you take sedan chair for transport from vehicle to marquee and for Grand Entrance.

Imafairy · 09/02/2007 12:38

Is it a dressy party? Outfit sounds v casual TBH.

MrsBadger · 09/02/2007 12:39

what kind of party?

if they've shelled out for a marquee my gut feeling is denim won't cut it.

otherwise sounds good

controlfreakyandroses · 09/02/2007 12:43
