I have my eye on an expensive leather item on eBay, could anyone give opinion on the quality. I have googled, they sell in Harvey Nicks but nowhere near where I live.

Will be good OP. I don't have any WTR stuff but their flagship positioning on Westbourne Grove (as well as Harvey Nichols) is a good sign. I think they will be very premium but also a bit edgy.

No, it's on ebay (new with tags) I'd just sell it on if it wasn't the right size.
