Midlife crisis leopard print coat

I've only ordered and kept and worn my new Leopard Print coat.

It's wonderful. I am definitely going through a mid life crisis. It's from Zara, it's lovely to stroke and four people have complimented me on it.

One stranger in a shop today said how lovely it is and where it was from.

My DH loves it too (which I thought was funny)

I am channelling Bette Lynch - but it looks quite punky too when worn with Docs.

Tesco F&F do one for just about £30. It has had excellent reviews and I bought one on the strength of that. It is a very subtle print and not at all tacky. It is beautifully finished off with a good lining, a neat chain hanging tab and the back has darts. So cool and fab to wear.

I have sewn a lower button on my tesco jacket though as it looked a bit better on me than with just one button

I bought a Top Shop faux fur one last year on a whim and wore it loads, a bit like this but with a smaller pattern and less of a collar.

Got nice comments from lots of people. (My DM was a bit but she never likes anything I wear - a whole other thread!)

I seem to buy one every year. I don't mean to. I have about 7 leopard print coats/jackets. Last year it was the Top Shop one, this year I bought the Tesco one and I love it. I blame my Nana. She always wore her leopard coat, red lippy, as have I for years now. All the women in my family have a love of leopard.

I have also bought the leather-look leggings from Next. My DD is horrified.

I am 46.

The Tesco coat has arrived - it's lovely. Husband hates it (don't care) DD (4) loves it. I got the 12, I am large chested but won't be attempting to do it up anyway!

I'm also 43, and have a leopard coat from Topshop. I'm clearly mutton!

I absolutely love it and have had loads of compliments when out & about in it.

I tried it in with tan Chelsea boots, dark skinnies, tan Larxa handbag. I really liked it. Now wobbling as DH did a mega eye roll.

I am ordering that Tesco one immediately.

Saw pic of doesmybumlook40 and it was coupled with a breton top and black skinnies. Can't remember her footwear tho!

I wore mine today with skinny faded black jeans, slouchy black jumper and flat black Chelsea boots. Mine is furry dc4 told me I looked like a lion (in fairness he's only two!)

I have an amazing snow leopard full length fake fur coat. It's gorgeous. It's like a celebrity in its own right as I can't go out in it without pp commenting on it or asking me where I got it ( or sadly, twats saying, you look warm etc. Every single time...)

I love leopard print but I can't carry it, I see women looking fabulous in it, but I just don't look right, so I don't feel comfortable. The coats are amazing though.
