i would wear them but i like things that are a bit studenty vibe. When / how were you planning to wear them, and with what?

I like them too, probably for the same reasons as Hodd!

I really don't like them and think they would be an odd length with both jeans and skirts.

They're very comfortable and look good with skirts and trousers. I have several pairs of El Naturalista shoes, and they're definitely keepers.

I like these boots still, but am now hankering after a pair of sleek Chelsea boots as a contrast to the chunkiness. Will still be wearing these for years to come though.

I agree with Allpizzas they are indeed rather Tolkien looking and pretty ugly ( in my humble opinion)

it was me who said studenty, the fashion faddy who dress like mini-wags or young executives wouldn't wear them, the cool ones would. ;)

Okay, thanks hoddtastic. I am not a student but I am definitely cool I don't wear super smart clothes or any shoes that are too pointy. Will wear with skinny jeans mostly.

To me they look a bit Maid Marian. In the Tony Robinson ones.
