I am going out for my birthday, I go out maybe once a year so I'm very excited and want to look ok
I would like to wear a dress/top and skirt but am fat so would like it a bit longer (like cover my arse!) and with sleeves
Boobs are only good feature so a good v-neck would be great
Budget up to £80ish? Any ideas?

Not sure - depends on sizing and what shape preference (I'm guessing not baggy? )

There's this kind of thing or were you thinking more of a flared skirt?
