Mouth wrinkles - is there a magic cream I can buy?!

As a long term (now ex) smoker, I have horrid wrinkles round my mouth.
I've spent the day looking for a wrinkle cream to help but don't really know where to start.
Can anyone recommend anything?

Nothing does much really but I did find that Peter Thomas roth Unwrinkle lip did soften everything up.
