Recommendations for a comfortable, smart, wide fit court shoe?

Can anyone recommend a really comfortable wide fit court shoe?

I've always had wide feet and gone up a size to accommodate them, but now I also get heel pain (I'm in my 40s) and would so love a smart, lowish (6cm maybe) heeled shoe that I can wear to teach in (on my feet a lot) and still feel comfortable.

Size 7 is feet but maybe 6 if the shoe was wide enough!

Any ideas or is this a pipe dream?

I have wide feet like a duck and recently got the most comfortable pair from Rockport. I have both Clarks and Gabor shoes but this is something else

J William has loads, by far the best range I've found online but I resent that my my duck feet mean I'm stuck with them because they're by no means perfect (quality and style are both hit and miss, and their customer service ain't all that)

Simply Be do some nice shoes. They are usually a fairly good fit and don't break the bank.

I'd back Gabor too. They do have specifically wide fit and normal width shoes, so make sure you get the wide ones.

Land's End also have wide fit shoes too. I teach in their Venetian flats, in all sorts of lovely colours. Not sure if they're 'in' this year though.

The other make which is lovely and comfortable on the duck-footed is a German make, Hogl. They tend to have very classic styles and are like wearing your slippers in the classroom.

M and S Wide Fit are worth going for a trying on session.
