dark brunette, curly, longish

ends go honey coloured in the sun

going for half-head highlights .. considering honey very fine highlights at top where darkest

but should I go thicker and more obvious .. or should I choose different colours

pics appreciated

lets make this easier

which would you choose?

do you remember my stunning locks, twig?
I had half head of highlights/lowlights, and at first I thought they were too thin streak-wise but in fact they get better as they get older and you can really brighten up your hair with any of those 6-8 week colours.

yes I do .. you have lovely hair

so do you think I should have light honey and a darker colour?

I'm getting it done at hairdressers .. but when I got it cut was banging on about 'oh I want it to look so natural' .. now I'm thinking .. bugger that I'm paying for it .. it can be a bit more obvious / definite colour change

don't know which way to go though

I would go obvious as you don't want to make it look like you're covering grey.

I will go more obvious next time.
