I need to update my favourite comfy shoe. Where do I look?

I know that my shoes are very dated my S and B standards but I live in the middle of a fashion void so it is of no consequence however I have lived in my very old Ash Genial. I can walk around a city all day in them and they are just so comfy. I have liked a small wedge and they have suited me but I feel I need a change. OK it's been a slow train coming but I need to move on.

Any suggestions that would work for me?

I had a pair of White Stuff suede ankle boots bought a few years ago, on a smallish wedge, which they have brought around again and which I just replaced yesterday as the originals were very shabby. They are very comfortable, not identical but close.
