My Eye Surgery - Before and After

Just had my stitches out. I had surgery last Wednesday so still lots of swelling and bruising and healing to be done. Excuse the unkempt eyebrows lol.

Very happy with the results so far. So weird though, to see myself without the droopy eyelids and huge crack between my eyes; both have been there for around 20 years.

Anyway, a few of you have expressed an interest so here is a pic!

You look great. Is it under a general anesethetic?

I have inherited my father's drooping eyelids and am contemplating an upper blepharoplasty.
Always reassuring to see an excellent real life example.

Love it, can I ask what surgery removed your "11"? Did the brow lift fix it or did you have muscles cut?

I'm also planning a droopy eyelid lift and a muscle cut for my deep line between my eyes. I have Botox at the moment which has been great but would rather a longer term solution.

You look amazing , even with the swelling ! Good for you for having it done .

I can't believe how fantastic the results are - you still look lovely and natural. Did you tell people around you you were having it done, or are people now wondering where you went on holiday to make you look so great

I'm really thinking of having upper eyelid surgery, but my job involves covering people if they're on holiday or off sick. I need to know on average how long I'd need off work. Also deal with the public and can't look like I've been attacked!
