Hanging up my heels. Need help.

After far too many years of wearing heels for work, one of my knees Has rebelled.

I have brogues, which I love, but can't wear with many things and loafers, which I regret.

I need round toed kitten heels (I'm late 30s; I fear block heels will make me look frumpy), but can I find them? Can I buggery. Any ideas?

I wear Pikolinos here, love them, again often really good prices at Amazon. Weird though, I bought three pairs of sandals in the summer for about £25 each and then the next week they were £80 (virtually full price). Pikolinos tend to be my casual shoes.

I have bought five pairs of shoes recently after returning to work full time - all comfy, nothing bigger than a 1" heel but most are flat. My favourites are the Geox ones I linked to above.

Yes to sole being important - flexible soles much nicer than the sort of soles I used to have 30 years ago which all seemed to be hard or leather.

I'm shit at conversions but they are between EU 40-41 which I think is roughly UK 7-8. I'll dig them all out later today and take a photograph to post if any of them take your fancy.

Have you seen the brand Frankie 4? Some are a bit frumpy but there were a couple of pairs I really liked. They have orthotic insoles or something. They're designed by some podiatrists.

I have a pair of Frankie 4s and I get quite a lot of complements on them I've got theJamies in cognac

Sorry, a day later but here's the pic. Unfortunately no rounded toes but they all fit very wide (Prada tends to IME). I've put the EU size underneath for reference, hopefully it's legible as the white balance is a bit off. The ones on the far right are a bit high for kitten heels and with the lack of support in the back are possibly not suitable. The EU40 will need to have a heel mended.

I'll be happy to forward them to you (don't want anything for them) but know they're not exactly what you're looking for so will take absolutely no offence if they're not your cup of tea.

Icjump I love those, they had a tan pair with bright orange elastic which I loved but didn't buy in time. I'm considering the sneakers but also like these sandals but can't afford both...
