Kate's had botox

She looks fabulous and I'm in no position to talk about having botox but for anyone wondering what it looks like, it looks like this. Smooth in the middle, bit crease-y round the outer edge of eyebrows.

Why does it matter? I'd get Botox if I needed to (only 23 arm so hopefully don't)

She has a creased forehead in the photo. I really don't know why you felt the need to post this OP and, like others, my thoughts were 'who even cares about this stuff'. And I'm in my mid forties, my face does the same when I raise my eyebrows like that and I haven't had botox and never would. Maybe you are just wrong?

I wondered the same when she popped up on the news last week. Her face looked very 'open'. Maybe it's just brows or hair though.

Christ, I bloody would! I'd have every cosmetic procedure going if I had my appearance torn to shreds every day in the paper and online. I like her and William though so I'm probably in a minority on here.

A friend of mine has just qualified as a botox practitioner (she's a trained GP) and while she was training offered me reduced rates. I would love it just a tiny bit between my brows but was terrified I'd look like this forever and have to wear a fringe and I just don't suit a fringe at all.

Do it whoo - forget creams and shit. It's transformational and you'll look like Kate!!

People often look good after their first bit of botox but pretty soon it begins to look obvious. Yes, even you colleague who confided 'you probably can't tell but I've had some botox done'.

Of course I can tell, I'm just polite enough to say 'oh wow, really?'

I don't think Kate's forehead looks particularly botoxed, but I'd say she's had a bit between the brows.

I'm with DameDiazepam. I think she's had quite a bit of subtle tweaking. Of course she has. The whole world scrutinising her every freckle. I would too.
FWIW, I think she's had a little too much Botox in her 11s, she's a bit shiney for my liking. But that's just a taste matter.

I admire your expertise - she's only 34 though so who knows? This is a bad photo though with the big gormless-looking grin, the rest of us would have had it deleted!

found a great photo of her from 2004 when she had lovely muscled legs, and the normal weight and genuine smile on her face made her really pretty.

I think it's a bit harsh. Of hundreds of photos taken they take a selection and then you've picked out the worst one.

There are plenty of photos where she looks lovely and not gormless or whatever. Bit harsh to judge her on just this one

She has a great life in many ways, in others not so much. I wouldn't be able to cope with that much scrutiny. I'm sure I'd manage on all that money though.

I haven't purposefully chosen the worst pic. I genuinely think she looks lovely in it and not at all gormless. It's just the first pic I've ever seen of her where you can see the Botox, that's all.

No idea if she has extensions. If she has, then they are beautifully done and you never ever see the joins.

She once looked like a chipmunk. She has had a lot of "tweaking".
